I have been working in Human Resources for over 18 years with experience in a variety of industries.

In addition to my role as Human Resources Consultant and Professional Resume Writer, I also teach Human Resources and Management courses at three universities. I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, am a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society of Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Certified Practitioner, certified Strategic Workforce Planner, certified Strategic HR Business Partner, and certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner. I am passionate about all things Human Resources.
